It’s simple! Visit boulderadventuretech.com, browse our products, select your rental dates, and book through our Booqable platform. Complete the payment (including a refundable deposit), sign the rental agreement digitally, and pick up your gear during your rental period. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Yes, we pride ourselves on making sure all our customers feel confident using their rented gear. When you pick up your gear, our staff will provide a demonstration of how to set up and use each item effectively. For online orders, we include user manuals and quick setup guides with every rental. Additionally, our website features instructional videos and tips for using and maintaining gear in the field, ensuring you can enjoy your camping experience to the fullest. If you have any questions during your rental period, our support team is just a phone call away, ready to assist with any inquiries or issues you might encounter.

Yes! We offer delivery within a 30-mile radius of Boulder for an additional fee, covering much of the Front Range, including Denver, Longmont, and Golden. Contact us at [email protected] to arrange delivery and get a quote.

If you can’t pick up on time, let us know at least 24 hours in advance at [email protected], and we’ll hold your gear for up to 48 hours. For late returns, you’ll be charged the daily rental rate for each additional day, deducted from your deposit.
